The Incredible Edible Garden

It’s been several months since we began working on Layla’s edible garden and we’ve made significant progress. It still needs a few finished touches here and there, but the garden is thriving and the bounty it produces is incredible.

We have squashes, eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, basil, parsley and even some Chardonnay. The grapes are an integral ingredient in Persian cooking, and the leaves are often used to make dolmas.
