Saffron Water

Saffron Water1 g. Saffron
4 qtr. Water

Spread the saffron threads in a small plate

Set the microwave heat at 10 to cook at low temperature

Cook for 3 minutes on 10 heats to dry the saffron threads but not burning them.

Using mortal and pistol, ground the saffron.

Heat the water to boiling point and turn the heat to a very low temperature

Dissolve the saffron powder into the hot water.

Cook at low heat for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely. You can pour into a glass jar and store in a refrigerator.
