About a month ago, we ran a trial run of our upcoming Persian cooking classes at our home to work out our flow and timing, and iron out any rough spots. I invited some good friends to learn, eat and enjoy. We started out in our new (almost completed) outdoor kitchen where I talked about our ingredients, then moved the group into the house to talk about the actual dishes. Everyone had a great time and we all learned a lot.

Kashk-O-Bademjan (Eggplant with Whey)
Baghali Polo (Rice with Dill and Fava Beans)
Mahicheh (Lamb Shank with Saffron)
Saffron Water
