We are pleased to announce that our next Persian Cooking Class will be on Saturday, March 30, 2013 from 6pm to 9pm. It will be an evening of great food with good friends. Here is the menu:

KUKU SABZI
Fresh Spinach, Herbs and Barberries

SALAD – E – SHIRAZI
Cucumber, Tomatoes, Red onion, Parsley, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Citrus Juice

KORESH – E – FESENJAN BA MORGHABI
Pomegranate Stew with Duck, Butternut Squash and Walnuts

SAFFRON BASMATI RICE

SHOLEH ZARD
Rice Pudding with Saffron, Almond, Rosewater and Cinnamon

PERSIAN TEA
Sesame Halva, Noon kishmishi, Noghl

Come party, eat and drink with us and celebrate the taste of Persian food. Enjoy a five course meal with beer and wine included. I offer each class for a $100 donation to the Maui Food Bank as a way to give back to our community. Checks made payable to Maui Food Bank are collected at the time of the class.
