The April Persian Cooking Class will be on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 6pm to 9pm. Join us for an evening of Persian flavors with a demonstration in my outdoor kitchen. Enjoy a five course meal with beer and wine included. Each class is offered for a $100 donation to the Maui Food Bank as a way to give back to our community. Checks made payable to Maui Food Bank are collected at the time of the class. Come party, eat and drink with us and celebrate the taste of Persian food!

PERSIAN TEA
Sesame Halva, Noon kishmishi. Hand cut sugar
