My team had a great time at the 30th Kapalua Food & Wine Festival held over the weekend. We participated under the Cilantro Grill brand in the Grand Tasting, where we were paired with the owner of Pacific Produce, Geoff Haines. His featured produce was watercress and Kula greens, which we incorporated into our showcase dishes:
