Healthy Keiki Cooking Classes at Maui Ag Fest

Pancho and I had a great teaching the Keiki of Maui how to cook healthy snacks.  We made Guacamole and the kids had a great time ‘smooshing’ all the ingredients in the authentic Molcajete (Mexican mortar & pestle).  Here we are preparing the avocados for the dish.

We had three sessions with over 15 kids per session! A wonderful way to introduce kids to quick and nutritious cooking.
