Faloudeh Miveh (Fruit Sorbet)

Makes 6 servings
Preparation time 20 minutes
Freezing 4-6 hours

1 ea. Melon
1 ea. Cantaloupe
3 lb. Frozen Peach- Defrosted
½ C. Agave Nectar
½ C. Rose water
Mint spring for Garnish

Skin and clean both melons from the seed. Cut into bite size.

Using food processor blend in all ingredients into a smooth consistency. Use an electric ice cream maker to form a slushy- run for 20 minutes.
